William Gray started with Brickwall Security in 2006 as the demand for business technology services outgrew network security services. William's personable style and excellent communication skills gained from troubleshooting service issues as a Call Center Manager prepared him to be the chief liaison between the vendors and client. William will work closely with you and your staff to find the technology your company needs at an affordable price. As a former network administrator for a non-profit organization, he understands technology on a budget.
Realizing that many businesses are turning to nontraditional hours and work days, William has immersed himself the mobile office world. He is an expert on all "smart" phones on the market.
